Cakewalk® sequencers associate digital audio data with Cakewalk WRK and CWP files. When you record audio data in Cakewalk or open a .BUN or .CWB file, the audio data is stored in a separate directory location. This operation is largely transparent to the user: you just open the WRK or CWP file and Cakewalk locates and handles the audio.
In general, you don't need to configure CWAF Tool, but a configuration option is provided for those who wish to tweak it. To access the configuration options, press Configure. Here you can select the exact drives that should be searched. This list displays all drives found on your system. You can select as many of these as you like. To ensure reference accuracy you should select all drives that contain WRK or CWP files.
